EASTERN & Oriental Bhd (E&O) has launched its latest waterfront project, Maris, situated in the bustling Gurney Green district on Andaman Island.
With a gross development value (GDV) of nearly RM700 million, this freehold property features 516 fully furnished serviced residences within a 49-storey tower.
The units range in size from 979 square feet for two-bedroom layouts to 1,177–1,356 square feet for three-bedroom configurations, with prices starting at approximately RM950,000. The development also includes eight waterfront shophouses.
