IJM Land unveils RM6.8 million S2 Lake Park, Kidz Venture Park, Pet Zone and “Family Bonding” sculpture, alongside a new interactive light zone

S2 Heights Aman spans 400 acres with an estimated gross development value of RM1.585 billion, representing a significant milestone in the continuing evolution of Seremban 2. Featuring more than 80 types of interactive 3D visual scenes that refresh automatically every few minutes, the installation turns an evening stroll into a lively digital playground where families and children can experience a blend of technology, creativity and outdoor fun.
Recognising the growing role of pets in modern family life, a dedicated Pet Zone has been thoughtfully introduced, providing pet owners with a welcoming outdoor space to spend quality time with their companions while connecting with neighbours who share the same passion.
Following its encouraging response from the community, IJM Land plans to further enhance the area by expanding the Pet Zone, creating additional open spaces where pets can play freely, and residents can continue to enjoy a vibrant, pet-friendly environment together.
